Due to the large size of fender, the mould is equipped with multi-tip of hot runner system, generally 6-14 tips. This allows molten plastic could be easily filled into the whole cavity of mould.

 

Due to the product with big size, it is not easy and safe to pick up the product from mould by hand when production. We will assure that the product attached on core freely, so that the robot could be used for picking up the product. Robotic automation can offer several advantages in terms of efficiency, precision, and consistency in the manufacturing process. Here are some key points to consider when using a robot for picking up products from a plastic fender mould:

  • Gripping mechanism: The robot needs a suitable gripping mechanism to securely hold and lift the plastic fenders. The gripping mechanism should be designed to accommodate the shape and size of the fenders, ensuring a stable grip without damaging the parts.
  • End-of-arm tooling (EOAT): The EOAT refers to the equipment attached to the robot's arm that interacts with the plastic fenders.
