Auto Bumper Mould

Auto bumper moulds are crucial components in the manufacturing of automotive bumpers, which are designed not only for aesthetic appeal but also for safety and functionality. These moulds are typically made from durable steel materials to withstand the high pressures and temperatures involved in the injection molding process.

The design of auto bumper moulds is a meticulous process that requires precise engineering and attention to detail. Engineers carefully consider factors such as the bumper's shape, size, and material composition to ensure the mould can produce bumpers that meet exact specifications. Advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is often utilized to create detailed 3D models of the moulds before they are manufactured.

For after-market bumpers, our design process usually as follows.

1. Customer sends original sample to us.

2. We scan the original sample and create 3D model of bumper.

3. We send 3d model of bumper to customer for approval.

4. After 3d model of bumper approved by customer, we start mould design.

5. We send mould design to customer for approval.

6. After mould design approved by customer, we start mould manufacturing process.

Once the mould design is finalized, we start mould manufacturing process which usually includes: Prepare steel material, heat treatment for steel material, face milling, rough CNC milling, finish CNC milling, EDM, drilling, grinding, etc.
