Injection molding is a method of manufacturing industrial products for appearance. Products usually use plastic injection molding and plastic injection molding. Injection molding can also be divided into injection molding process, molding method, and stamping method. Injection molding machine is a specific molding machine that uses plastic forming molds to make various shapes of plastic products from thermosetting plastics or thermosetting plastic materials. Injection molding is maintained based on the plastic machine and mold. So what are the processes for plastic injection molding?
1. Heating and pre melting
Driven by the transmission device, the screw will transport and compact the raw materials from the silo in the future. With the stirring effect of the external electric heater, screw and barrel cutting and friction, the raw materials slowly melt, and a certain amount of molten plastic has accumulated at the top of the barrel. Under the working pressure of melting, the screw slowly reverses. The backward distance is adjusted by measuring the amount required for a single injection of the calibration equipment. When the set injection amount is achieved, the screw stops rotating and reverses.
2. Locking and clamping
The locking organization promotes the locking and clamping of the template and the movable part of the mold assembled on the movable template, as well as the movable part of the plastic pipe injection mold on the movable template, to ensure that sufficient locking force can be ensured during forming to ensure the mold is clamped tightly.
3. Injection
After the mold is locked, all injection seats are pushed and displaced, causing the injection machine nozzle to fully engage with the main gate of the mold.
4. Injection and pressure testing
After the plastic line injection mold and nozzle fully cater to the mold, the injection hydraulic cylinder enters high-pressure oil, promoting the relative displacement of the screw to the material barrel, and introducing the molten material accumulated in the head of the material barrel into the concave mold of the mold with sufficient working pressure. Due to the decrease in environmental temperature, the plastic volume is formed into a collapse. To ensure the tightness, specification precision, and physical performance of the plastic parts, it is necessary to maintain a certain working pressure for the melting inside the mold concave mold, To fill in the raw materials.
5. Pressure relief
When the melt at the injection port of the mold freezes clean, it can relieve pressure.
6. Injection equipment reverse
Generally speaking, after the pressure relief is carried out, the screw can rotate and reverse for the next feeding and pre melting process. (Currently, in injection molding, the position of the injection seat withdrawing from the main injection port of the mold has been removed, and this position is implemented for raw materials with severe water flow at the forming port, such as PA.).
7. Mold ejection and ejection of plastic parts
After the plastic parts in the concave mold are cooled and formed, the locking structure is formed and the plastic parts in the mold are released.
