Many users may have some blind spots in their knowledge of plastic injection mold processing products. In fact, in some ways, they do not know much about such products. However, some customers have reported that some injection mold products may have black spots that change color after manufacturing. What is the reason for this? Actually, there are only four situations below.
1. Plastic layer
Plastic has excessive volatility, high humidity, excessive impurities, excessive recycled materials, and is contaminated
2. Processing level
If the pressure is too high, the speed is too high, the back pressure is too high, and the speed is too fast, it will cause the material temperature to decompose.
The material barrel should be cleaned frequently to remove additives that are less patient than plastic.
3. Mold level
The exhaust of the mold is not smooth, easy to burn, or the size of the pouring system is too small, and the cutting is too strong, resulting in coking of the car mold. There is an inappropriate amount of oil lubricants, film release agents, etc. inside the mold.
4. Machine level
Because the heating control system is out of control, the material barrel overheats and causes decomposition and blackening.
The lack of screw or material barrel leads to the accumulation of molten materials, which can withstand long-term fixed heating and cause decomposition. The rubber head module should be inspected for damage or metal foreign objects inside
Some plastics, such as ABS, are subjected to high burning and cross-linked coking in the material barrel. While almost maintaining the original particle shape, they cannot melt and are crushed by the screw rod before being entrained into the product.
Does everyone understand more after saying this? Everyone can also pay more attention. If there is a need for injection molds, injection mold processing can also be fully understood here.
