Everyone knows that various tools and products used in our daily production and life, from transportation to buttons and various household appliance shells, are closely related to the customization of injection molds. The shape of the mold determines the appearance of the product, and the processing quality and accuracy of the mold also determine the quality of these products. But do you know what abnormal problems often occur in PC injection mold products? So today, what are the specific issues that have occurred? And teach you how to solve it.
The common problems encountered in PC injection molds include shrinkage, lack of adhesive due to air lines, and other minor issues that often occur. In this situation, when producing molds and shells, it is necessary to find a relatively good PC machine. For example, domestic brands are more suitable for producing molds and shells because of their high stability performance. The gun barrel uses high-temperature resistant materials, and the machine is adjusted to a relatively stable state. During the debugging process, the parameters required for the PC shell will be recorded, and later production of the PC shell will be carried out according to the parameters. Of course, some products are not as easy to debug and may experience shrinkage. This method is to adjust the adhesive content slightly to 90%, and then increase the pressure slightly to 120%, so that PC injection mold products will not experience shrinkage.
Injection mold is a tool for producing plastic products, which consists of several sets of parts. The product is clamped onto an injection molding machine by a mold, and the molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity, cooled and shaped in the cavity. Then, the front and rear molds are separated, pushing the product out of the mold cavity. Because this process is cyclic, the closure of the mold means the start of the next injection molding.
