1. Maintenance during mold installation
Before installing the mold, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold should be cleaned, and the mold mounting surface and the press work surface should not be crushed and the parallelism of the upper and lower mounting surfaces of the mold in production.
After the mold is installed, the mold is opened, and all parts of the mold are wiped clean, especially the guide mechanism. Lubricate each sliding part of the mold and apply grease. Inspection of all parts of the mold, especially the parts. Such as: side pins, screws, side guards, punching waste tracks, etc.
2. Maintenance in production
The corresponding parts of the car mold are regularly oiled during production. Such as: the pressing ring and fillet of the drawing die, the knife edge part of the trimming die, the flanging knife block part, etc.
Regularly clean up the scrap material of the small hole waste channel of the trimming punching die.
3. Post-production maintenance
After the end of production, the mold should be inspected.
The mold is cleaned, and the cleanliness of the mold.
Clean up the waste in the mold, and there is no waste in the waste box.
Truthfully feedback the use status of the mold and the situation after use to the mold summons.
