The plastic jug mould usually includes two moulds. One mould for jug body, another mould for jug lid. Generally, jugs are made of PP material. We takes P20 or 718 steel for mould cavity and core, 1045 steel for mould base. The mould life was guaranteed at least 300,000 shots. Before mould making, we will send complete mould design to customer for approval. So that the mould could be fit very well to customer’s injection machine and industry standard in customer’s country.
